FP%20pattern.pdf Has anyone observed this false positive pattern on LM2Q lot 3002068? It is interesting because the controls are fine/no high background. The single antigen bead test for the same sample does not confirm this reactivity.
Beads 143, 156, 130, and 148 contain phenotypes with DQ2, DQ7, DR7, and DR16 antigens. Clustering of these antigens suggest the possibility of DR7 and DR16 antibody. Single antigen bead tests react with no specificity. Does anyone know if there is a problem with LM2Q or single antigen bead tests?
